1. 30-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return: The item must be unusedunwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note:

Items that are customizedpersonalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are also not eligible.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please email us at contact@nxtgenreview.com with the following:

Your order number

The reason for the return

Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item received is damageddefective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@nxtgenreview.com with your order details and issue.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damageddefective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@nxtgenreview.com with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
