1. ORDER & SHIPPING
Q1: How long does it take to process and ship my order?

A: All orders are processed within 48 business hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Q2: What are your shipping times?

A: Delivery times are:

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 9–12 business days
    (Depending on inventory availability and location.)

Q3: How do I track my order?

A: You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order directly from our website by visiting the Track Your Order page. If you didn’t receive your tracking number, contact us and we’ll assist you.

2. RETURN & REFUNDS
Q4: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Read our Return Policy for more details.

Q5: How do I request a return?

A: Email us at contact@nxtgenreview.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if needed). We’ll provide return instructions.

Q6: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. PAYMENTS
Q7: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal.

Q8: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes, we use secure SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways (Stripe & PayPal). We never store your card information.

4. CANCELLATIONS
Q9: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it may already be processed or shipped.

5. PRODUCTS
Q10: Are your products handmade or mass-produced?

A: Many of our pieces are artisan-crafted or designed with unique aesthetics in mind. Each product page includes specific details.

Q11: Do you restock sold-out items?

A: Yes! If an item is out of stock, feel free to email us and we’ll let you know once it’s available again.
