1. EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same item (or another of equal value if the original is unavailable).

To request an exchange:

Email us at contact@nxtgenreview.com with your order number and issue details

Include photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

2. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

You’ll be notified once your refund is processed

If the refund doesn’t appear after this time, please contact your bank or card provider.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
