At NxtGenReview, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we allow cancellations under the following conditions:

1. ORDER CANCELLATION WINDOW

Yes, we accept order cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations requested during this window will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, please email us at contact@nxtgenreview.com with the following:

Your Order Number

The Email Address used at checkout

A short message stating you wish to cancel

We’ll confirm your cancellation by email once processed.

3. IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. However, you can still return the item under our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

4. REFUND TIMELINE

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you don’t see the refund in that time, please contact your payment provider.
